I have been working with Tam for a couple months trying to get into another vehicle after a deer hit on my new jeep and experiencing less than acceptable customer service from the Peace River Chrysler. Tam went ABOVE and BEYOND expectations, he let me take my time and was not pushy or that typical “annoying sales rep”, the sales manager Will was also very helpful with our purchase. Tam was able to get our vehicle ready fast enough to take it home the same day we purchased. If you’re looking for a new vehicle and a considerate and funny sales rep I would 100% recommend Tam.

They sold me a lemon that supposedly went through an out of province inspection. Issues with the car are as follows (and not a full list)
1. Rear driver side signal activates every light (including break light) to blink along side the blinker lights.
2. Condensation inside the vehicle (I have to scrape ice off from the inside)
3. Touch screen does not function.
4. Water dripping in through my overhead light fixture.
5. Heating system is near non existant, only the drivers side produces heat, and barely any at that, which is why I have to scrape ice off the inside of my vehicle.
They claim the vehicle did not have these issues when it left the shop, yet it was the delivery drivers who informed me of the drivers side signal issue upon delivery. They falsified an inspection document. Currently seeking out a lawyer as this dealership refuses to make adequate accommodations given the nature of this fraudulent vehicle sale.
EDIT: dealership told me I'm lying about the condition of the car.
EDIT 2: they are only willing to offer me "fair trade in value" for this lemon of a vehicle. Anything short of a full reversal on this transaction is an insult due to the fraudulent nature of the sale. This is what the owner claims in his response is "working with me".
Worst Service I have ever experienced would not recommend them. Disorganized and over bill 300 plus and no work was done just diagnosis as well as extra 30 for shop repair order but no work was completed. We own a couple Jeeps and will never return. Stood there for over an hour to get my vehicle and bill that no work was done on. If there was a 0 stars they would get it.
After my water tank and thermostat suddenly “tanked”, at the lube side Kevin and his team got me right in and had the job done in a few hours. I spoke with a kind front end woman in the bay, TB in sales who was also great, and a nice shuttle driver who was able to come and get home in minutes. Will definitely be back.
I purchased my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk from Grande Prairie Chrysler on May 30 2023 After I purchased the Jeep I discovered on my own I was sold a vehicle with an open recall. The recall 23V338 states that the vehicle can catch on fire and not to park near any structures or vehicles. I was never told about the recall by anyone at GP Chrysler during or after the sale or even after bringing my vehicle back twice for service. I never would have purchased a vehicle with an open recall where the vehicle could catch on fire- a vehicle that I’m not supposed t ! near any structures or other !!!!!!! The remedy for this recall is still currently under development. After I discovered the recall, I have made several calls to GP Chrysler. I have been told by one of the managers that they do not have to inform customers at the time of sale about recalls, I was told by my sales person that I was told about the recall then said oh sorry you weren’t told. Then told a manager would contact me. A week later still no contact from a manager till I called! And now still no call back as promised. Needless to say, I am not a happy customer!
AS OF DEC 20 2023 - IM NOT SURE WHO TOLD YOU THAT THEY ARE IN COMMUNICATION WITH ME BUT THEY ARE NOT THE LAST TIME ANYONE SPOKE TO ME WAS ON NOVEMBER 30 23!!!
